Organic dietary supplement with sustainably hand-harvested organic sea moss, rich in iodine and other minerals. 

Sea moss contains various health-promoting properties, including a high iodine content. This vital element contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, regulates food processing in the intestines and optimizes energy metabolism.

Furthermore, it contains protein, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, copper, sulfur, vitamin A, C and carrageenan. In total, it contains 92 of the 102 minerals active in the body, 15 of which are essential minerals out of a total of 18.
