Organic food supplement with kelp and 100% natural iodine. 1 capsule contains 450 mcg of iodine (300% RDA). 

Iodine is a mineral involved in many processes in the body. Iodine supports the function of the thyroid gland, the metabolism and the nervous system and contributes to healthy skin.

Iodine occurs naturally in only a few products, in sea fish, dairy products, eggs and seaweed. In the Netherlands, iodine deficiency was a problem for a long time. That is why the government has chosen to add iodine to kitchen salt and baker's salt.

Dosage: Take 1 capsule per day with water, preferably before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Storage: at room temperature in a dark and dry place. Consume before the 'best before' date stated on the packaging. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
