It is European, organic, 100% dried marsh samphire, full of salty minerals and therefore a spicy, fiber-rich salt substitute. You can use it on salad, fish, pizza and in sauce. Packaged in a bottle with convenient grinding cap to enhance flavor and aroma through fine grinding. With 85% less sodium than regular salt!

Storage:  at room temperature in a dark and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume before the 'best before' date indicated on the package.
